CNET Editors' review
This application helps to track your blood sugar readings, but it's missing some standard conveniences.
Despite a dreary interface, Diabetes Tracker's simple data entry field and limited buttons are easy enough to understand. Input your blood sugar levels, and the times you took the readings, and the program will calculate your daily averages. You can print the daily log, but reports can't be customized and there's no preview option.
Also, during testing, the program generated an error when we tried printing reports. Unlike similar programs, you can't create graphs or charts of blood glucose trends, and you won't be able to modify past readings. While Diabetes Tracker gets the job done, its shortcomings, coupled with a stingy 25-use trial, prevent us from recommending this too-basic app.
