Version: DataPilot 5.2
Cons: It says "You Have to have an administrator account to run DataPilot" and won't even open.

Version: DataPilot 5.2
Pros: Luckily, I ordered the package that included a USB bluetooth adapter which I was able to use for my printer. So, it wasn't a total loss although it was a pricey adapter.
Cons: My ego got the best of me and I ignored other users' complaints. Don't make the same mistake!
1 - The trial version does not support my phone, but the licensed copy does. So I contacted the vendor and requested a trial copy of their latest version. I never heard back, so I took a chance and bought it.
2 - The free version installed w/o a problem, but I had to spend hours trying to get the licensed copy to install at both home and work. Sent email to "Customer Support" and a week later received a reply asking me to call them. In the mean time, I tried so many things at home, I can't even remember what combination was successful. May have been uninstalling the trial version then copying the CD to my hard drive but keeping the disc in my CD drive.
3 - After finally getting it installed, I quickly realized how primitive the Outlook import is. Repeating events are imported as a bunch of individual ones. This would not be too big of a deal if my phone did not limit the number of calendar items to 300. Consequently, I was only able to copy 5 months of data to my phone.
Although it is not perfect, bitpim is a far superior product that is a feature-rich, more configurable with a user support community that is responsive. And...it is FREE!

Version: DataPilot 5.2
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Program does not support my phone. Good luck trying to find any software that works because I'm 0 for 2. Both DataPilot and Bitpim do not work with this phone.

Version: DataPilot 5.2
"The trial version does nothing"
Cons: I dont know if I like this software or not. Absolutely no features are available in the trial version. Why even have a trial version if no one can try out the software?
-
Version: DataPilot 5.2
Pros: I bought an iPhone couple of weeks ago and I needed to transfer my data from my old LG Chocolate to the iPhone. I did it in no time. Honestly, this is good value for the money. It comes with 9 cables and a Bluetooth adapter
Cons: Everything flowed smoothly
