• Found neither rootkit nor corrupt registry entries.

  Pros

  The fact that it is free.

  Cons

  (1) Inability to detect a trojan that reactivates like a heart attack whenever I reboot. (2) Inability to locate suspicious registry entires.

  Summary

  Hoping for program that not only locates rootkit trojans, but also identifies corrupt registry entries, and either auto-corrects or allows the user to edit to eliminate contamination. This product could not even detect the rootkit problem.

  Ran good. Showed me stuff.

  I have no clue what any of this information means. sorry. either i don't have any root kits in my box or i don't know what this program does. no short cut on screen to rerun? no uninstall? i don't get it. sorry. used avg anti-root kit which did work for me.

  Pros

  It is supposed to be good but I cannot tell. It downloads as RAR, so needs to be extracted. Having done that & trying to run it, my XP crashed in a jiffy.
