What's new in this version:
Versiuon 12.023 features performance improvements with iTunes integration.
There is no problem with the installation, excellent and clear interface.
I installed it on the Old computer to improve the sound quality, my discovery is that the program only extends the sound that already exists but does not improve the quality, some effects even worsen the situation
I would be happy if 'DFX Plus Audio Enhancer' was going more in the direction of software called fidelizer.

Tried the Free Version & definitely saw improvement in the VERY:LOW laptop sound volume on my Toshiba Satellite
Definitely need MORE volume/booster options, but maybe this is available in the PAID version? I am contemplating the paid version and will let you know. The sound quality with this app. was much improved. I hope the PAID version doesn't 'hurt' me, or this opinion. lol.
Improves the sound a lot---------especially if you compare it with the original side by side
There are some noticeable distortions when playing which don't exist when it's off. There should be more presets to have the equalizer settings. And the software should have more tuneable options to let user to have a play.
Great software, but with some obvious problems. The user interface looks cheap compare to the price.
Geat sound amplification, line level boost sounds great
Literally the worst software update setup I've seen, dating back to any kind of scam artist software you can think of.
Bought the software around 6 months ago, paid full price. They released some kind of update and when I update I was reverted back to not paid version. Not only that but when I tried to download the paid version from my email it's been deleted, basically making my 39.99 wasted money on software that has been deleted by the company I bought it from. I'll spread the word about this company everywhere I see it available for purchase; you've been warned!!!
Terrible customer service: when last I called, they had one rep, and he was on vacation.
They are very focused on requiring still more money in order for customers to have non-major improvements/updates.
They charge a $10 fee to "research" and forward your account order if you know longer have or remember it.
Company owner justifies charge by saying customers can "very irresponsible" about keeping track of their order number in order to recover password. Says this happened to him via Microsoft. So, if it's true, this would be one reason why he rationalizes talking down to his own customers.
DFX is a good example of how a company can take the initial enthusiasm of a customer and completely lose it. Forgot password? Want the new update on the same build? Want sensible customer service and ownership that is not patronizing? My experience has been that you won't get it here. Strongly advise to choose a good audio enhancer with customer goodwill. You'll have a happier experience and feel gratified about where you spent your money. Good luck and thanks for reading. Best!
-Free trial did not seem to have an expiration
-Noticeable volume difference
-Of 10, you could only increase volume to 5 so you couldn't see how loud it really gets in the full version
-Pops up every 10 minutes or so, whether you are using audio or not, to ask if you want to continue the trial
-You cannot minimize it so you have to keep sliding it down to the middle of the screen every 10 minutes
Probably works, but annoyance tactics made me unwilling to support the company. I am about to uninstall it and try something else.
If you play on fullscreen the pop up to purchase the full version either leaves top or bottom toolbars when you minimise the ad. Hindered lower movie control useless unless I repeated restarting movie. Kinda upset that I paid for jet audio plus and they sponsored an a product that tells you to upgrade way too often. Too bad I was going to buy it as Jet audio is great and this helped some (though ? on headphones.)
