This simple audio application handles its main jobs well enough, but we do think the trial restriction could be more generous. Cool All Video/Audio to MP3/WAV Converter either can convert tracks between MP3 and WAV formats or extract audio from different types of video clips, including MPEG and AVI. The program s main window is both easy on the eyes and easy to use, so most users will be up and running in seconds. As you might expect, the program lets you configure the audio quality if you opt to output files as MP3s, and we re glad to say the app supports the VBR compression scheme. The utility appeared to convert and extract files at a decent pace, but since this trial version only will convert a measly one-third of any given song or video, we can t vouch for how fast it is when handling complete files. Cool All Video/Audio to MP3/WAV Converter does what it's supposed to, but if you look hard enough, you can find similar programs with more generous demos.
