Easy, instant and great communication

Pros
Chat with me now is great! I can chat with anyone who doesn't have IM or who I don't really trust with my username (not fond of spim) without them having to install anything. All I do is click on 'yes' and that's it... and if you have a webcam and microphone, it's awesome to be able to see other people. I like it that you get to choose whether the other person sees you or not, or hears you and that you can turn yourself unavailable at anytime. And I also put it in my blog! I dedicate just a set time to 'answer' IMs from people visiting my blog and website, or reading my emails, and they're not bothering me all day long.
Cons
The only tiny tiny tiny thing I don't like is that I can't use firefox with it - the other person can, but I can't. Then again, most people have Internet Explorer, so it shouldn't be a problem.
