Does what it promises to do
Cons
No flexibility. It's an all-or-nothing solution. As CNET says, it deletes all your cookies, even those you want. It is over-simplified. The developer says this will be addressed in v.6
Summary
I'm using OnyX until v6 comes out, but I prefer to have my non-techie friends use CacheoutX.

You do NOT want all of your web browser cookies deleted.
There are appl's that let you selectively examine and delete them.
Re: caches I suggest that users download and review the M U C H better choices:
Snow Leopard Cache Cleaner, MacPilot, Tinker Tool System, and even Onyx.
