Easy to use. Too easy

- No flexibility. It's an all-or-nothing solution. As CNET says, it deletes all your cookies, even those you want. It is over-simplified. The developer says this will be addressed in v.6

- I'm using OnyX until v6 comes out, but I prefer to have my non-techie friends use CacheoutX.
Deletes caches but there are better alternatives.

- You do NOT want all of your web browser cookies deleted. There are appl's that let you selectively examine and delete them. Re: caches I suggest that users download and review the M U C H better choices: Snow Leopard Cache Cleaner, MacPilot, Tinker Tool System, and even Onyx.

However, I'm not sure the new UI (while prettier looking) is an improvement on the older versions. The older version more clearly separated system stuff from browser stuff, but more importantly, didn't remove cookies and history along with cache automatically (with no way to opt-out). From what I remember, it only did cache for browsers. I think most people would want to remove cache, but not necessarily cookies and history for a normal cleaning. It would be nice if this were broken apart or a preference or something. Also, the video introduction should be made more clearly optional.

I wanted to continue using this app on my new macbook and so I ran the latest build. IT ERASED MY HD. After the mandatory restart there was NOTHING on my HD. It was as if I had just opened the box. I AM PISSED OFF. BEWARE! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
