CTI Data Connector - Office Edition offers the following functions: dial within an application with a hotkey, dial within the browser, caller identification from Outlook contacts, list of incoming calls, list of outgoing calls, phone book for MS-Outlook contacts. If you want to integrate CTI Data Connector in your enterprise applications via XML / DLL interface and connect to any SQL databases, then upgrade to CTI Data Connector Enterprise Edition.

Version 2.3 has red icons signals missed calls, transfer call, new quick introduction help, caller identification using data stored in PBX, support for Windows Vista.
