This small, specialized Internet Explorer add-on appends notes or comments to your bookmarks, but it's difficult to imagine paying for such limited functionality. Bookmark Notes integrates with the Windows shell and is easily accessible through the Properties window on the right-click menu. It expands the Properties page by adding a Notes tab, allowing users to add notes and comments to each Favorites link. These notes look like tool tips that appear when you place your mouse over bookmarks.
Bookmark Notes works great, but it doesn't offer any other options or features. The trial version limits you to only 20 comments. Bookmark Notes is suitable for any level of user, but you might want to check out other bookmark managers before shelling out your hard-earned dollars on this one.

From Softarium.com :With Bookmark Notes you can add comments and notes to your Internet Explorer bookmarks. When you hover mouse pointer over the bookmark (Internet shortcut) in Favorites menu or explorer bar, a popup window with your note will appear for you to read.
