From Chris Thompson :BatteryBar is one of the most accurate battery meters available. BatteryBar is a battery status meter toolbar that displays the status of your battery in the taskbar at the bottom of your screen. As you use your battery, BatteryBar keeps historical data on how fast it discharges and charges. While discharging, BatteryBar shows the percentage as a horizontal bar, colored green above 35%, yellow between 20% and 35%, and red below 20%. It shows the time remaining in hours and minutes. While charging, BatteryBar is blue to indicate charging, and displays the amount of time left until the battery is fully charged.

Version: BatteryBar 3.1 build 60
Pros: This app is spot on! I unplugged AC from full charge, and within 60sec it told me the wear percentage, and correctly calculated the remaining time as 30mins, which was exactly what i've been getting! Time for a new battery then! :(
Cons: None that i can see. Not sure if the pro version would be of much benefit to most people though, as far as i can see it just allows some cosmetic tweaks.
Summary: Excellent little program, worth the money to support the developers.

"It really helps me keep track of my battery useage!"
Pros: It helps me keep track of how much battery power is left on my netbook -- either as percentage or in hours and minutes left.
Cons: The "time left" estimation usually shows less time than I actually have left -- but I'd rather have it showing less time than more time! It only takes a quick click to change it over to a percentage which seems to be a better estimate.

Summary: Very good software, I use it a lot when at school. Gives me the time it is left and lets me be more efficient on using my computer while in battery mode. Great job.
