  "Doesn't work"

  Pros: Nice layout

  Cons: Search string not processed properly. List of search terms returned items matching any one term, not all terms.

  Summary: Blows chunks.

  Version: Auction Alert for eBay 2.0

  "Complete Rubbish and Pathetic Support"

  Pros: Potential is there.

  Cons: Useless. Complete rubbish. Full of bugs, buttons become unresponsive, searches sites I don't want searched, brings back keywords in descriptions but I specifically do not ask for this. Support is a joke. Logged my problem weeks ago, still no response

  Summary: Although the concept is very good, and there are very few products that offer a "search and remind" feature, this one just does not work. Firstly, it asked for a registration key, which i did not have, so an email to get one came back with "you do not need one". Once I got in, it was just a comedy of errors from then on. The software is massively flawed, and the most frustrating thing is the hopeless method of "support". (It is not really support, as I have not got past first base in trying to resolve any of my problems.) Bounced emails that are generated by filling in forms on their website, stupid "Ticket" notifications for logging support requests that are never followed up or resolved, etc. Thank God it is free - I would be demanding my money back if I had to purchase. Do not bother with this product, it is a complete waste of time, and will frustrate you to no end. If there are any budding developers out there, here is a good concept to run with, but please try harder than these people to support it and make it work as documented.

  "Nice software for hunting auctions on ebay"

  Pros: very accurate and very helpful tool in finding ebay auctions! and the best part is "it's for FREE!"

  Cons: It's worth to try!

  Version: Auction Alert for eBay 2.0

  "Useless piece of software"

  Pros: Its a small download

  Cons: Took 3 tries to get a correct registration code and the software doesnt work properly. Searches countries I havent selected and not the one I did sellect. Also says it cant show more than 100 results, same search in ebay comes up with 20 results.

  Summary: Useless, avoid. There has to be a better written program for automatically searching ebay than this.
