  I'm hesitant to load a software that I get a malicias software notice from norton. I removed the old software and the new wouln't load.

• Complete Rubbish and Pathetic Support

  Useless. Complete rubbish. Full of bugs, buttons become unresponsive, searches sites I don't want searched, brings back keywords in descriptions but I specifically do not ask for this. Support is a joke. Logged my problem weeks ago, still no response

  Summary

  Although the concept is very good, and there are very few products that offer a "search and remind" feature, this one just does not work. Firstly, it asked for a registration key, which i did not have, so an email to get one came back with "you do not need one". Once I got in, it was just a comedy of errors from then on. The software is massively flawed, and the most frustrating thing is the hopeless method of "support". (It is not really support, as I have not got past first base in trying to resolve any of my problems.) Bounced emails that are generated by filling in forms on their website, stupid "Ticket" notifications for logging support requests that are never followed up or resolved, etc. Thank God it is free - I would be demanding my money back if I had to purchase. Do not bother with this product, it is a complete waste of time, and will frustrate you to no end. If there are any budding developers out there, here is a good concept to run with, but please try harder than these people to support it and make it work as documented.

  Took 3 tries to get a correct registration code and the software doesnt work properly. Searches countries I havent selected and not the one I did sellect. Also says it cant show more than 100 results, same search in ebay comes up with 20 results.

  Summary

  Useless, avoid. There has to be a better written program for automatically searching ebay than this.

  I was looking for a program that could alert me quickly to new buy it now auctions on ebay. This program does not pick up fixed price auctions. So if the auction has the buy it now option only with no bidding it wont show in your results. Using the price selection for lowest and highest only searches current bid price in your selected range and not the buy it now price in your range, even if you choose to search buy it now.
