Able2Extract 9 is a cross platform PDF converter that is compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux platforms. It is a powerful PDF Converter tool that lets users convert their PDF data into formatted MS Excel spreadsheets, editable MS Word documents and PowerPoint presentations that are generated by the Mac version of MS Office. Able2Extract can also convert PDF to Autocad (DWG, DXF), Open Office, image formats (jpeg, bmp, png, tiff, etc.), text, HTML and more. New features of this latest version include PDF creation capabilities that let users generate PDF files from both the Able2Extract interface and from any application that can print documents. New interface components such as the Print Dispatcher lets users interact and monitor the PDF creation process closely. Able2Extract offers PDF creation options for file security, compression, MS Office conversion parameters and more. Custom PDF creation settings can be saved for future PDFs being created. Users can also edit PDF pages. Able2Extract lets users delete, move, rotate, resize and scale pages directly within the user interface. The PDF to Excel custom conversion interface has received minor improvements for a more intuitive customization process. Able2Extract's proprietary PDF viewer has been upgraded as well, allowing users to view and select exactly what they want to convert and see what PDF page edits have been made. Finally, Able2Extract 9 has been improved to perform quicker more accurate data transfers. Able2Extract allows users to better utilize data in certain formats such as financial information and database reports. For example, users can select and convert financial tables and other tabular data directly into Excel rather than inputting the data manually, i.e. PDF to Excel, PDF to Text. A2E is a standalone application that does not require Adobe Acrobat.
