This program is touted as a free hypnosis session to increase assertiveness, but it appears to be more of an add-on to the paid audio session. A Free Boost Your Assertiveness Hypnosis Session's crude interface is simple to use, with only two buttons to start and stop the session, but we found a glitch when we tried to maximize the window. During the brief 6-minute session, messages like, "Enjoy feeling good" and "Love yourself" flash across the screen. The visual program is free, but the 30-minute audio component will cost you $8.95.
You can't customize the messages, and no user settings are offered. You won't lose anything by trying the free session, but it doesn't seem like a standalone application as much as a freebie to enhance the paid audio session.
