I have a trouble that cannot transfer iPod music to Mac for long time ,because of iTunes only let me to sync music files from iTunes to iPod. I google how to do it and find 4media ipod to mac transfer. The result shows it is a great software and help me solve the problem.

If you transfer huge files at one time ,the speed will become a littler slower.

None, never got the software to work
Cons
Purchased the software and could not get it to work. Requested help from service department, did not hear back from service dept for three days. After three days wait I was instructed to re-connect my iTunes. Requested a refund the next day, three days later still have not heard back from company. If you give them money they will take it and offer no little help and no refunds if the software doesn't work. Good luck.

It can not only transfer music from ipod to Mac like iTunes but also can back up music form ipod to Mac which iTunes can not. The operation is very easy. Nice job.
