The software works OK for me but my computer had a bios update and now the software will not work

They will not contact you even after you have the paid version, I have the paid version. I would advise people to NEVER buy this product. I have been trying to contact the company for over one week, they will not reply.

Stay away from this product because of the awful customer service. You have been warned.

As I am working in human resource department, I have to deal with documents. I faced hard time in finding ways to edit pdf files until i came across 123pdfconverter. It converts pdf files to .doc in seconds and keeps the original formatting.

Pros
Finally I got the perfect document converter that I was looking for. I needed to edit a huge number of PDF files before sending to my client. I did not have enough time as the software I was previously using was slowing me down as it did not have the bulk conversion feature.

I wont have to convert a complete pdf for just a few pages anymore. Partial conversion solved my problem of converting only specific pages of my pdf file to word document. I tried some other software but found 123 pdf converter to be quite better for my needs.
