• Good Program and Excellent Customer Support

  Pros

  We have had the program for roughly a year and a half. My wife and I use this program to run a homeless shelter/ campus. 1. Excellent customer support. This team is a blessing. 2. Light program, does not need/ force our network to carry large overhead. 3. Works with MS Access so a server is not really necessary if you are getting the network version. 4. The version we are using is Net-workable for multiple users. 5. Service contract is very reasonable, if required. 6. Big program in a little package. Lots of functionality for the Maintenance Department, Plant Property/ Accountability, Training, etc. 7. ZUD is an unusual acronym and being retired military I appreciate a good acronym.

  Cons

  I can't think of any that relate to ZUD. It is an MS ACCESS database, which takes some patience to work through MS's special way of doing things, but this should not be a hindrance to someone who may be looking seriously at this program.

  Summary

  Great program and a very reasonable price. Keep up the great work!!!
