Zoom Engine is a plug-in for enlarging images. Handy, it is able to handle a wide range of images, while offering results higher than common or even specialized tools. With Zoom Engine you have access to a set of effective enlargement methods, including a unique and intelligent method, called CZ2, for achieving enlargements that look crisp and detailed, and that even starting from very small images or of poor quality. It draws black diagonals, when user press ok.

Works perfectly, this coming from a critical thinker.

Pros
Ive resized images 20X their size and they come out crystal clear. With gamma and glare control from other programs you can make out the licence plate from a moving car far off (just like in the tv show 24).
Cons
It says "adoiding quality loss" but it is impossible to make it 100%. Other that that this program is next to perfect.
