Add patch mod and multiplayer functions to The Babylon Project.

Just like he did with the Great Machine on Epsilon 3 Zathras will keep The Babylon Project running. This patch in the form of a mod is also required for multiplayer. While 3.4b was the final official release of The Babylon Project development continues by the public. This mod allows you to still play TBP as it does not change the original installation. Instead when activated it overrides all the errors that were found with fixed versions.
