  Simple; Effective; Easy to explain to clients; Good options; Newly implemented system status page not linked to their server; Everything else, as follows

  UNRELIABLE YSI server has been down today again so the service is unusable. I have had issues with support in the past; navigating their site trying to find support contacts and/or answers was frustrating to say the least; perhaps they have improved in the last month or two since I had problems, but they gave far too much information for busy people and provided far too little one on one support. For a good business model, support-wise, I like Constant Contact, where you can always speak with a real person, and speedily.

  Summary

  The service is great when it works... but woe be unto you if there's a problem, like today.

  Very limited free functionality, will try to get you to pay so you can use their "pro" features like being able to send more than one file.

  Summary

  I went to this site because it was recommended by a website listing these services. I picked this service over the others because it let me select multiple files to send. They required that I create an account (it turns out this was because I selected multiple files) and then would not send the files I selected unless I paid them. "Not a big deal" I thought, "they just tease you with the features that you have to pay for", I can use their free functionality (only being able to send one file) but the real headache started the next day. The next day I started getting a flood of spam which I guess means they sold my email address to spammers. If you like getting a lot of junk email then you should definitely register on their site (or you could sign up a friend that likes spam since no email activation is necessary to get on the spam train).

  Quick transmission, good storage of files,ican send folders with multiple files in each folder. Very easy to use for senders and recipients.

  Its very easy to use and very reliable, it saves time when you need to send large files

  Unfortunatelly it offers only 100MB per file. There are several other services offering more MBs.
