I have great news for you. I have released an application for smartphones, in which I share with you my experience in training and nutrition.

In the first version, I assembled a Full Body program for you, which, I included the most optimal exercises to keep your body in good shape.

The program is designed for different body types and various equipment.

We have done a lot of work with the developers, and we plan to delight you further, filling the app with very useful content, stay tuned.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, as well as to determine the cost of renewal.

Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and automatic renewals can be disabled by going to the user account settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of the free trial, if offered, will be canceled when the user purchases a subscription to this publication, where applicable.
