Records activity info for what, when, duration... of apps launched.
YooZ automaticaly records every program you launch on your Macintosh, with the date, the time the duration. From this data YooZ gives you graphics, history, program usage and more. You have the choice to get results per day, month, year or for the full life.
You can see what programs you are using, and the hours of the day your programs are run. It's pretty cool. Plus, I can see if someone else is using my computer. It's a good security program in that regard.
Cons
I can't think of any.
Summary
I've used this program for years and recently upgraded to the most recent version. I recommend that you try this program.

But, more usefully, I can go back to any day and help to reconstruct what I did that day. Has come in handy when I forgot to record a billable incident and need to remember the day and such, or what day I DID'T use mac, or even when I woke up on a particular day!
The footprint is reasonable small and the log files surprisingly small.
Note however the price is 10 euros, not to US Dollars, which is a considerable difference.
Mac classic look, irritating nag screens, tiny...

...font, no uninstaller
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Looks like this was barely updated for os x. It has some nice functionality, but that is overshadowed by the awful user interface :(
Since it installs a background daemon process to monitor the application switches, I wish it included an uninstaller, as now I get to spend several minutes un hacking it out.
Every time you click back to the program after being in another program, the nag screen shows up asking you to send $20 to france.

I had some initial installation difficulty, but the developer responded overnight and solved the problem.
Now it just works!
