With Yoga2go - myFlows, we offer you an outstanding tool for your yoga practice. Create your own practice guide in Yoga2go - myFlows by using customizable slide shows. Put together your own personal practice sequences (flows) from the encyclopedia containing almost 300 asanas. The duration of each position can be individually set. Yoga2go - myFlows generates a slide show, accompanied by your music. Yoga2go - myFlows can also read out the alignments for you while practising.
