Safe & easy sharing of confidential documents

Pros
Dual key encryption and smartphone based authentication ( small app acting as a remote to open the door, quite fun, even if most of us won't use the high security mode ) Clean design, fast and easy Publication feature for sharing only validated files Full audit trail and control No fear to get over quota.
Cons
Simple feature set beside secure sharing. Drive based administration ? No integration with ldap in the online version Simple customisation of branding ( just a logo and 4 colors )
Summary
High security on a budget: a simple web file sharing with all the most important control features of data rooms costing 10 times more, plus a unique confidentiality level. An alternative for SMBs who want the best security without going for complex and expensive solutions.
