Enjoy this fantasy role-playing game reminiscent of Might and Magic.

This is a fantasy role-playing game in which you control a party of four characters. Similar in style to the Might and Magic series, this game features an entirely different game engine from that in Book I. The game features an original soundtrack, first person perspective with a simultaneous overhead map, fully animated lifelike monsters, and individual character inventories that are just a mouse click away.

Summary
Not only is this a DOS game-- a minor downside, Daggerfall is too-- but it's gameplay lacks everything. The character graphics lookso obviously like home-taken photos, the interface is so weak, and the voices and pictures so unimaginitive, you just want to sick up. Normally I'm positive about average games... this isn't though. It's just plain awful. I can't beleive they want you to PAY for this! Jeez!!

unfortunately i downloaded the huge demo and the online cluebook is only good for a few days and just when it starts to get really difficult, there is a message saying "registar now" help!
Superb rendering of the early Might and Magic series!!! Even better combat!

When I first started playing, I thought, "Aw, man, these graphics are lame!" But to tell the truth, they aren't that bad. What makes up for it is that you have a huge area to explore even though it's just a demo. The enemies get harder to beat the farther you go and it really is a lot more fun than I thought it would be. Go ahead and try it.
