  You don't have to talk to any of the absolutely worthless people at yellowpages.com

  Cons

  Its only a little better that communicating with the incompetent people of yellowpages.

  Summary

  At the end of the day anything on yellowpages.com that you will pay for is way over priced and the customer service is terrible.

  Pros

  they were quick to get web site up but very poor customer service dept contract was run out they kept it alive after I told them to discontinue as we were down sizing,I didnt stay on top of them they double billed us and wont respond after 8 months

  Cons

  they have not responded to my demand for adjusted bill after 8 months of double billing they were great in the beginning but be careful they dont respond to emails/phone calls and will continubill you even if you cancel product

  Summary

  I would not use the after there terrible customer service dept as a matter of fact they wont release my domain names to me and I believe I will take them to court to get my domain names back and to possible sue them for loss of revenue due to domain name hostage . The manager wont call back. Last time I spoke with manager (mike) I asked him if I couldnt fix his car with in 8 months should I still get paid or ignore the problem longer until the customer is so mad that we end up in court to regain the car ???? There manager is terrible at getting back to you it has been 2 months since I last asked for him to get me a bottom line figure and how they came up with it but I havent seen hide or hair of him I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YELLOWPAGES.COM AND WITH THE BUSINESS NETWORK THAT I AM IN WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.!!!!!!!!!
