  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />This product would be BRILLIANT if more people were to use it, as I bought it initially to remove a program, but after buying it I found out they didn't have a yank script to remove it. I therefore requested a refund, as this was the only reason I needed the product/bought it in the first place, and this is where they were brilliant. They replied to my email within 5 minutes, confirming the refund. Although might I add, just because I got a refund doesn't mean I don't think this product is good, to the contrary I think it's ace, just not what I need. But hats off to them for making a nice solid product, with good, friendly customer service!

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />i bought this last week. i received my new macbook and i was excited to purchase my first app. i was dumb and purchased this app. it doesn't work. it's noble of the developers to try but it doesn't work as advertised. i already tried installing about 3 apps. they all had files that i couldn't delete because i had no permissions. the ui should take care of that, allowing me to uninstall it as root if i need to. it's confusing, it's bad, it's slow and it's not worth it. look at appzapper instead.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Matterform stating that "Yank can uninstall almost any software and all its support files, no matter how it was installed" is misleading. I disagree with the "no matter how it was installed". My experience with Yank is if the application was not installed via Yank and a Yank file is not saved or a Yank uninstaller file is not available then you can not uninstall the application. Yank has great potential but still needs work. <br>At &#36;39.95 Yank is priced extremely high, although Yank is currently on sale for &#36;19.95
