Don't know how well this app really works. On Software informer someone rated it a 3, but didn't provide commentary
Cons
Credit card number is required to test this app. Must cancel in time or you'll be charged. While I'd keep the software if it worked well, if it turns out to be junk (and the 3 rating raises concerns) I don't want to have to go through the process of cancelling.
Summary
The "gotcha" approach to selling services is never a good idea. Waiting until the software is downloaded to demand a credit card number is a big red flag. Not worth the risk.
