Introducing xpparagon MobileThe most cumbersome work in field data collection is the need to document your findings on paper forms. XP Solutions is pleased to let you know that data collection has been made easy and efficient with our new cloud-based mobile app.xpparagon Mobile is an iOS-based software application that provides assessors with the ability to collect facility component inventory and work item information in the field using an iPad. xpparagon Mobile is available at no charge with a subscription to xpparagon Premium and is available for download through the Apple App Store. The mobile application takes advantage of the easy touch screen navigation inherent in all iOS applications. It was developed specifically for and is fully integrated with xpparagon, which is accessible via a browser.Both xpparagon and its mobile application were designed to support facility condition assessments and capital asset planning for building owners and facility managers. The software supports the inventory and analysis of the full range of facility components. This includes building structures such as roofs, exterior walls, windows, doors, interior finishes, equipment, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The software can also store and analyze data for site infrastructure components such as site development features, pavements, mechanical, electrical and water/wastewater subsystems.xpparagon Mobile reduces the time required to collect data in the field and enter it into xpparagon:Existing data in xpparagon downloads to the mobile app each time a user logs in. This insures that the most current data stored on the server is available for review and update in the field.Data uploads back to the server after new data is collected or existing data is modified with the push of a button and with no risk of data loss.Data transfer checks insure integrity of the data uploads.The full catalog of inventory components is accessible from xpparagon Mobile. Grouped by major system with classifications available in five levels of detail, new inventory components are easily selected from the catalog.xpparagon Mobile takes full advantage of touch screen operations. Data entry fields and control buttons were designed to improve touch screen data entry.xpparagon Mobile utilizes the iPads built-in camera functions, plus photo viewing and mark-up editing.
