Pros
You are able to drag and drop xlsx workbooks into the program. No toolbar/search hijack embedded in the download.
Cons
You can't output files to the same directory/folder as the original. It only converts xlsx, and only converts to xls (which happens to be exactly what I needed).
Summary
I just converted 12 files with no snags. I am running windows 7 64 bit.
Only converts my good time into wasted time.

It appears this is for the most part a teaser program. It fails on most conversions I have attempted and constantly presents you with the option to upgrade to a newer version. That newer version of course is not free. Just pass this one by.
