  Pros

  You are able to drag and drop xlsx workbooks into the program. No toolbar/search hijack embedded in the download.

  Cons

  You can't output files to the same directory/folder as the original. It only converts xlsx, and only converts to xls (which happens to be exactly what I needed).

  Summary

  I just converted 12 files with no snags. I am running windows 7 64 bit.

  Total waste of time and disk space. Do not download.

  Misrepresents their product line. This free thing does not work, and their BUY version is grossly overpriced. This company should not be seen at CNET.

  Doesn't work on anything that I can find.

  Summary

  It appears this is for the most part a teaser program. It fails on most conversions I have attempted and constantly presents you with the option to upgrade to a newer version. That newer version of course is not free. Just pass this one by.
