I have purchased it for a week online, and I found out there is no subtitles or audio channels to select. This software has messed up my episode sequence of my DVD drama and split the movie into fragments after I had converted it. They promise next day reply but the email they provided to me doesn't work, so never hope they will have 30 days money back guarantee. Updated on Oct 8, 2010They replied and suggested trying their DVD to iPad converter, but still I got NO replies from them even I said I just wanted to switch my order (no price difference between the 2 programs), very disappointing purchase!!!!!
