No subtitles or audio channel settings. Poor technical support after purchase since their email doesn't work.

I have purchased it for a week online, and I found out there is no subtitles or audio channels to select. This software has messed up my episode sequence of my DVD drama and split the movie into fragments after I had converted it. They promise next day reply but the email they provided to me doesn't work, so never hope they will have 30 days money back guarantee.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Oct 8, 2010<p/>They replied and suggested trying their DVD to iPad converter, but still I got NO replies from them even I said I just wanted to switch my order (no price difference between the 2 programs), very disappointing purchase!!!!!
