Xilisoft DVD Creator 7 is the latest iteration of this popular Mac OS DVD burning app. It is available from the App Store as well as numerous download sites. The full version of Xilisoft DVD Creator 7 costs $39.99 and installs easily.

Xilisoft DVD Creator 7 lets you create your own video DVDs complete with basic video editing, special effects, titles, and DVD menus. With support for most video formats (including AVI, MPEG, WMV, DivX and others), Xilisoft DVD Creator 7 can handle your video files from almost any video camera or operating system. Creating a DVD starts with laying out the video clips in the correct order with editing tools, then adding audio if you want it, as well as laying out the menu system from one of over 30 templates provided. You can add watermarks to your videos as well as create thumbnail video clips on the menus, which are all nice features. When it comes to burning the result, Xilisoft DVD Creator 7 can take advantage of multi-core CPUs (something some other burning tools don't do) and create a DVD in record time.

We used Xilisoft DVD Creator 7 to create several DVDs from travel videos, as well as a corporate product video, and it worked well. The templates provided give you enough variety that you can find something for most tastes. We had no issues with the stability of the product, and Xilisoft DVD Creator 7 was easy to learn. For most users, this will be all the DVD creation product you will need.
