• Perfect for managing our 55 schools!

  Pros

  A very powerful tool, massively configurable. Also provides a neat web interface for a non-admin (ICT coordinator, Head of Dept)to add users and chage passwords, and then it mails me to tell me what has been done, when and by whom. Nice!

  Cons

  It may look a bit complex at first, but this is due to the power of the tool and with the superb support i recieved I was up and running in no time.

  Summary

  I love the fact you can use it to safely delegate a routine task like adding a user to the network to a non-administrator so keeping my time free to support other schools with more pressing issues. the ablity to create a profile that would create your entire ad structure, add users, create all directories (home , shared etc) with appropriate permissions, add e-mail accounts with the touch of a button makes things so streamlined!
