• download didn't work

  Pros

  didn't get a chance to try it. support answered right away. but when I still couldn't download, support person seemed frustrated by my call. she sighed, dramatically. I felt I was doing something wrong.

  Cons

  can't down load it.

  Summary

  Download didn't work after multiple tries. Phone support was there, answered by real person--but that person was not willing to assist me to get the program downloaded. I have a Dell computer and use Windows Vista. I adjusted all my settings to receive download butnothing worked.

  Pros

  It's usable and simpler than many others. Good for writing darfts, etc.

  Cons

  Some of the tools, etc. don't seem to have much use. I'm not sure who it was designed for.

  Pros

  Couldnt get into it but the screen shot looked like the program had possibilities.

  Cons

  Since the download was a .rar file I couldnt even get into it. Maybe someone else will have better luck.
