Leanaudit includes over 100 checklists to evaluate 20 Lean categories by process, configuration, system, and human dimension. The tool allows for a comprehensive assessment of current condition and future potential. The radar chart displays diagnostics results from external auditor, internal team, and future potential. The result table shows alignment between internal and external evaluation, as well as potential by category. With Leanaudit you can measure leanness - even if you don't have solid data available, just by selecting 'best-fit' conditions from corresponding checklists. The audit is best performed by the internal team (self evaluation) and external auditor (expert), so both views can be compared to identify 'blind spots'. The average between internal and external view is used as baseline, as a starting point to measure future improvements against. Leanaudit is ideal to perform regular assessment to identify improvement opportunities. Leanaudit is available in two versions. The Student (STU) version is free and ideal to get started.
