WorldAcct Professional Accounting Software provides a fully comprehensive set of accounting platform, that handles the daily transactions of businesses, and report on incoming and outgoing cash flow including sales and receipts, purchases and payments, for a single company or multiple corporations.

Features of the Software include: Create and generate quotations, and purchase orders. Track incoming invoicing from customers or by cash sales, and receipts settlement. Track outgoing purchase from suppliers or by cash purchases, and payments settlement. Create and generate delivery note, and packing list. Make recurring transactions for all sales, purchases, expenditures, and accounting inputs. Allow accounts level and groups level in setting chart of accounts, and for ledger selection. Inventory register with multi-locations, multi-categories, and inventory pictures upload function. Automatically display the separate credit terms and credit limits for different customers and suppliers in quotation, invoicing, and PO. Project analysis function in measuring specified profit or loss performance for any individual deals or tradings. Salesmen commission analysis in computing and evaluating salesmen performance, and releasing commission. Multi-countries selection automatically preset localized currency code, and localized tax code. Specified tax rate relates to individual sales and purchases transactions which could be preset depending upon regional requirements. All amendments or adjustments of transactions are reflected in journals or vouchers.
