Pros
It's extremely easy to create a group calendar. The whole office can create and make changes to a group calendar. That's great! We all receive changes very fast.
Cons
Trial version limitation.

Synchronize Exchange calendar with iphone possible

Pros
It can automatically sync your public calendar to your local one so you can synchonize it with your iphone.
Cons
It can be used for more however I found the above feature the main I need. Well the main con is if you have exchange calendar you don't really need additional one as it comes in handy only then you need to sync to iphone.
