When laying out repeating units, a small round off error in the fractions can result in large errors. WoodworkerCalc displays these errors so the layout accommodate them.It is easy to go back and forth before decimal and fractional results. You can choose the precision of the fraction to reflect real-world working units. For example, 1/32 is the typical smallest unit used for woodworking layout.Calculations are stored on tapes which can be saved and restored later. This allows sequences of calculations to be preserved for later use.There is also a board foot calculator which is useful when purchasing material.A triangle calculator avoids the need to remember high school trigonometry.
