• Great menu editting tools but has a bad encoder

  Pros

  The tools that you use to create menus are very easy to use and there are many designs to choose from. Making pages for each section of the video is also very easy.

  Cons

  The quality of the video is bad. After encoding it compresses it to fit 4.38 GB I noticed that it was shaking on the sides of the screen while playing it on TV. Better knowledge in encoding settings is needed to ensure great quality for your video.

  Cons(continued) : Sometimes the size of the DVD file will still exceed 4.38GB after encoding. I waited overnight then woke up the next morning to find that it did not compress it to 4.38 GB. So the program doesn't really warn you whether or not you've reached its limit of videos to put it. Overall, it a very good DVD making to use when making menus and pages. The name says it all. However, the encoder settings of the program is not very good at creating a good quality of your video. You may need to play around with it before you encode your whole project.

  Pros

  This product was very easy to use! I am almost 100% happy. I am not familiar with authoring dvds and it was simple and fast. Did not slow down my computer or take 4 hours to convert. Also, I had 2 different video files and had no problem adding them.

  Cons

  The only thing I did not like about this is the quality of the video. It seemed to lower the quality.

  Summary

  This is an awesome program and I recommend it to anyone trying to create a dvd!!

  Pros

  1. The user-interface is very intuitive and easy to follow for novices. 2. I like the option to burn to either a 7.92gig or a 4.38 gig disc. 3. I like its ability of multiple movies import - not only chapters, but also multiple titles.

  Cons

  Good software.

  Summary

  This is the easiest and quickest DVD authoring tool I've ever seen before. I can author my own discs smoothly even without reading the help document. It works well with all the files I threw into it and the output quality is good. Well done, guys.
