WoluweClub for Android

WoluweClub turns in-person receipts into a tracked loyalty account, letting members collect points and access member-only perks during mall visits. Built by Eurocommercial Properties N.V., the shopping companion bundles event news, personalized offers, and a club status that unlocks special activities. The app suits frequent visitors and shoppers at the Woluwe Shopping Center in Brussels who want a single mobile place to follow store updates and redeem local rewards.

Receipts convert into points, rewards, and member actions

The app implements a digital loyalty card that records points when you scan shopping tickets. Redemption options listed for members include welcome gifts, entry to prize draws and games, and access to premium events. The app also lists practical, center-level services tied to membership, for example automated access to designated perks during specified hours.

Integrates with mall systems and smartphone platforms

The app connects directly with mall infrastructure: membership status can trigger services such as automated free parking during dedicated time slots. It's available for Android devices requiring Android 5.0 or later and is optimised for smartphones, and the developer states an iOS build is also supported. Those platform notes set basic compatibility expectations before installation.

Keeps visitors informed with store news, directory, and promotions

Rather than a generic coupon list, the app lets members follow favourite stores to receive real-time updates and news. A detailed directory provides locations and practical information for shops and services inside the centre, while in-app promotional coupons and interactive loyalty actions give recurring reasons to open the app during visits.

Made for regular Woluwe visitors, not broad regional use

The developer positions the tool around the Woluwe property and a unified loyalty model that covers the centre's mix of local and international retailers. That focus benefits weekend planners, frequent shoppers, and regular mall visitors seeking centre-specific perks, while users who shop across multiple, distant malls may find the app's scope narrow by design.

To sum up, a practical local loyalty tool for regular centre shoppers

To sum up, WoluweClub is a useful option for frequent Woluwe visitors who want organised, membership-based rewards tied to one shopping centre; its scope is intentionally local, so it offers limited value to shoppers outside the venue. Use it if you often shop at that centre and want a single place for club updates and centre services; otherwise its single-centre focus is the main consideration.
