Delete any file that is locked or in use in Windows system.
In Windows, when we try to delete a file, we might see notices or errors like 'Cannot delete file', 'Access is denied', 'undeleted files', 'The file is in use by another program or user', or 'There has been a sharing violation!' Wise Force Deleter is designed to fix all the issues above by terminating the processes using the file or removing file-access restrictions that prevent you from deleting a file. With Wise Force Deleter, you can unlock and delete any file without frustration in Windows. Wise Force Deleter allows you to access it via a context menu. Right after installing it, a new option named Force Delete will appear in the context menu. To unlock&delete a locked file, you just need to right click it, select Force Delete, Wise Force Deleter will be launched. Then you can unlock and delete the file from your Windows system immediately. It also allows you to delete files by drag and drop, or by browsing and adding, which is real convenient. With Wise Force Deleter, you will no longer be annoyed with the frustrating experience of not being able to delete a file, especially when closing the item doesn't work.
...It absolutely REFUSES to have anything to do with FOLDERS, locked or otherwise -- only their CONTENTS -- which somewhat limits its usefulness, ra-THER! Ugh!
It is EXTREMELY important to note also that this is only a file unlocker-&-deleter -- it is NOT, in ANY sense, a file SHREDDER. It does NOT perform secure file wipes, nor is it designed or intended to.
Summary
If you're not into deleting stubborn folders, this applications may be for you -- it's just about idiot-proof. Just click on "Add file" to browse to, and select, one or more files you want to get rid of (if you make a mistake, highlight the erroneous files on the list and click "Remove" -- NO, that doesn't remove the files from the COMPUTER, you idiot, it only removes it from the list of files to be deleted!); when you're done selecting files to delete, click on the "Unlock & Delete" button, and, voila! -- the files vanish.
Notice, however, that because only a standard Windows delete is used, any ordinary file recovery program can be used to get it back.
In conclusion, it works at what it does. I just wish it did a little bit more; that would have made it a whole lot more helpful, as well as making my computer a whole lot more secure.

fast, to the point, a sweet little program
vikalalala
Pros
This even worked in Windows 10. No learning curve needed. You can delete one file or many files it does a nice batch work. This program also lets you know that the file is unlocked and deleted
Cons
You need to know the address (location path) of the file you want to delete. Which in most cases, is no big deal.
Summary
Even if you do not need this file yet, you should grab it and have it when you need it. If I like a program, I rename it and save it for future use. I have been burnt many times in the past. Wanting that little program that worked like a charm, only to not ever find it.
