Difficult Navigation, Horrible Customer Service.
Summary
First, I did NOT download this from CNET whom I have found to always without exception been of highest quality. Rather than use WinWatermark for free I purchased it: first mistake. I found the program difficult to navigate and continued to receive error messages when using it. I attempted using the Winwatermark.com online help/tutor; they do not have a tutor for the version I bought (pro) so it was no help. After 2 hours of frustration I decided I needed a different program to better suit my needs so I sent a refund request. Every response I received was very rude. The first response blamed my computer having a spooling issue; my computer is brand new and has no spooling issue nor does it have any issue with any other program. They reluctantly stated they issued a refund. My credit card was double charged; when politely addressed I was rudely told it would take a few days; it took almost a week and they still have not removed one of the two charges. I had several emails from support@winwatermark.com, from the same customer service agent, all of which were progressively more rude. I finally decided to file a complaint with the company: where are they? Your guess is as good as mine. I filled out the online customer service request asking how to file a complaint. I have as yet to receive a reply. I would highly recommend NOT buying from WinWatermark.com. Free downloads may be fine, although I found the program a frustration.
