This feature-rich application tweaks and tunes your system, but it lacks a flexible scheduling utility for minimal user intervention. WINner Tweak 3's link-heavy, multimenu-driven interface can make things a bit confusing. Most tweaks are of the enable or disable variety. With so many settings, we found the pop-up tool tip explanations very useful. The System Tuneup Wizard greatly helps novices through numerous configuration changes to improve system security and speed. The file shredder, password manager and generator, and auto shutdown features make WiNner Tweak 3 a powerhouse. Users can easily create system restoration points prior to making changes. We like that it includes a scheduler to divvy out PC time, but we felt it should have also included a scheduling system to autorun the Cleanup Windows functions. This 15-day trial utility is worth a look for all users looking to improve system performance and security settings.

WINner Tweak 3 has a program uninstaller, disk cleaner, shortcut fixer, startup manager, internet cache analyzer, folder drive, and a file shredder. <p>Also has a registry backup and cleaner, password generator, auto shutdown, translucenter, process explorer, access limiter, and shows a lot of information about my computer.

15 day trial is short.

One of the best programs in Windows tuning. I use it almost two years, since that time when I saw it on Tech TV. It seems that "LOL" even hadn't run it and can talk only about the piece of *****.
