  Pros: Software is steady and can convert eml files into pst files in just a click also it is available only at dollar 29.00 It is designed with very simple UI which let it understand quickly. Price of this windows live mail converter is not updated on your post but it is now available at 29 USD

  Cons

  It does not support 64 bit but its not an issue as technical team provides 64bit solution for eml to pst

  Summary

  If you really wish to migrate eml to pst then you can opt this solution which is quite good eml to pst conversion. I used it so i can suggest it that it helped me to migrate from eml to pst.
