WidgDock is a free and fully customizable dock. You can drag and drop as many documents, applications or folders as you want. You can click to launch an application directly, or drag and drop files on it to open them. You can open browse the content of folders by using the convenient menus. You can manage the trash and view content informations. You can directly execute Applescript and shell files. WidgDock appearance is fully customizable. Size, orientation, background, transparency, colors, fonts... and a lot of others options. WidgDock is a widget for Yahoo! Widget Engine (alias Konfabulator), and needs it for run. Yahoo! Widget Engine is an utilitie for Mac OS X and Windows XP provided for free by Yahoo!.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Excellent update. Much more responsive than the previous version. The new hand pointer is a little rebel though (need to hide/show with Cmd-F14 to see it). Overall a great improvement. Great job!

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />it is a very useful widget. it still needs work, but it's getting there. some comments: Ã¢?Â¢ it's rather slow reacting to the mouse over with the magnification option turned on. (Being able to choose the amount of magnification would be nice). Ã¢?Â¢ it would also be nice to be able to choose the font for the pop up menus Ã¢?Â¢ pop up menus are VERY slow. it would help having the option to eliminate the delay completely. they also should respond faster when rolling over them with the mouse. Ã¢?Â¢ it would be useful to have the mouse pointer turn into a "finger pointer" when rolling over the doc icons (at least when magnification is set to "off")
