  The presence sensing doesn't have the ability to indicate that a user is at their computer, only that they are away from their computer

  Very easy to upgrade from v2003. Very simple but highly effective and beneficial application. Have recommened it to other businesses.

  Easy for EndUsers-requires no training. Easy Maintenance for the Network Administrator. Researched and evaluated others and this one has all the essentials without the overhead.

  Could use a fancier new front page for the interface

  Super Easy to Use. No Training needed. Have never had an issue using it. Everyone in the office loves it.

  Nothing! Maybe, Pricing is too low, for how useful it is! :)

  Pros

  It is cost effective, easy to use, minimal IT support needed, and does exactly what we want it to do.

  Cons

  Not really a con, more of an enhancement to the product, maybe a shortcut button that could be added to the quick launch that would let a user change their status without having to go to the application.

  Pros

  Easy to use; no computer overhead; questions answered right away. Made the mistake of renewing the full demo late - receptionist was lost for a day while I registered.

  You cannot hide - everyone knows if you are in or not :)
