And WePow ensures candidates and recruiters start getting to know each other through a richer engaging video experience. After you download the app and interview, youll have a chance to read through instructions and test your video camera. Once you begin the interview, you will watch videos of your interviewer talking and asking questions. For each question, youll have a short time to think before you record your video response.
