• Was good until the last update.. Very disappointed

  Was the best app until the last update (on the app or site, we don't know because we are kept in the dark about the problem).

  Cons

  Stopped synching with the account so it's impossible to track through the phone anymore.. Added to that the WW Customer service don't have an ETA and don't reply to emails. It's been over a week and many suscribers are affected, yet they don't reply with an ETA. In fact, they just don't reply to any emails. Very disappointed with the level of customer service. No where on their site there is a word on the app issue except in subscriber forums. New subscribers will not know there is an issue unless they go the the App Store where reviews has dropped the rating to 1.5. Even then, there is no response for WW..

  Summary

  Was once my favourite app and best program.. But very disappointed with the level of customer service..<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Dec 6, 2011<p/>The service is back up. Still disappointed at the level of customer service we got from WW on this incident. Keeping silent and not replying to emails with ETAs was not acceptable.

  Summary

  Great tool for Weight Watchers members. Easier than paper; always with you. Good tool for suggestions while at restaurants, or when looking for recipes at home. Free app too.
