Here are a few of the requirements in place to ensure the least amount of fraudulent entries are entered into the database: you may not register using a free email address, you must validate your account using a link sent to your email address used during sign up, your IP is logged when you sign up as well as when you make an entry into the database, you are only allowed 5 entries per day, and all entries are manually approved.
